FormedLands
FormedLands is a London-based architectural practice led by Eser Güngör (M.Arch / MCIAT).
We specialise in planning-led residential and small development projects — from large home extensions and planning refusals to change of use and Green Belt applications.
Our role is to help clients secure permission and move confidently through the technical stages of planning and Building Regulations, ensuring every design is both compliant and achievable on site.

Eser Güngör M.Arch / MCIAT
Director / Architectural Designer / Technologist
Eser is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with more than a decade of experience delivering complex projects — from major mixed-use developments to bespoke residential schemes.
Before founding FormedLands, he worked at leading practices including Chapman Taylor, gaining extensive experience in concept development, planning coordination, and technical delivery.
He specialises in early-stage planning strategy, concept design, and navigating sensitive or community-focused sites, particularly where policy interpretation and context are key to success.
